If I understood this correctly, when clicking on attachment file there should be some preview but in my case it doesn't work. After clicking in attachment it just downloading a file. I've tried .pdf .xlsx and .jpg neither of them seems to be working
Hi lukasz,
As title of the link stated, this feature only works for attachments of email, it will pop up a preview dialog after clicking the attachment record of subgrid.
If we want to preview attachments in timeline, currently the solution is still by using custom PCF control.
Thank you now I get it and it is working in that way. Unfortunately at the moment it doesn't preview .xlsx files.
