AX2009 Aif web server error 404.17 - Not Found

So i have setup an AIF on AX2009, and i am trying to test with one of the standard Web Services, it generates with no problems, but when i try to open the Web Service i get this error.

HTTP Error 404.17 - Not Found
The requested content appears to be script and will not be served by the static file handler.

Anyone that has an explanation for that error?

    No not really, I can't see where in my settings I am going wrong.

    And I think i have followed that page's advice
