I have been asked if it is possible to add a field containing the Legal entity of the sales order (line) at the "Sales order lines V2" data entity level, without a development. From what I've seen - there isn't such a field already existing in the above mentioned data entity.
My idea was to create a new field through personalisation and add it to the data entity. Then I could mass update it through excel add-in or data management import. The issue is that for the new sales orders there would be no option to default this field to the value of the legal entity it was created in - it would still be on the user's side to manually fill it. I am not even sure if it's possible to make it mandatory through personalisation.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
