Hi there,
I have a couple end users who are receiving a Long Running Script error in Internet Explorer when their dashboard in CRM loads and when trying to save a Lead. Sometimes they get the error and sometimes they don't. Overall, the speed of IE seems slow and if the user uses Chrome, they never have any issues. Not every user is having this issue in IE.
So far I've tried the following:
- Reseting IE (Internet Options > Advanced > Reset)
- Deleting files in %Temp%
- Checking "Disable Script Debuging" and unchecking "Display a notification about every script error" under Internet Option
Some additional information:
- CRM is listed under Intranet Sites
- Intranet Sites are checked to be viewed under Compatibility View.
- We are version 8.2, on premise
- Everyone is using IE 11
- There is no custom JavaScript on any Leads form.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
