If you're familiar with the ConnectWise API you can define a Web hook which posts to Microsoft Flow, which then feeds into Teams for you.
And if you aren't familiar with any of that, reach out and is be happy to help.

You are the man, David! Well done.
OK. After a bit of work, I have it sorted.
The next GP Power Tools build (probably 28.5) will automatically restore the window (undo the maximize) and sizes it as you want if that is how it was when you closed it.
If it was maximized when you close it, it will be maximized when it next opens.
If it was not maximized when you close it, it will open to the same size and position when it next opens.
Also GP Power Tools adds this functionality to all versions of GP from v12 onwards.
Problem solved.

I just used the Capture reads of settings not in Dex.ini file option in GP Power Tools on the Dex.ini Configuration window.
It captures anytime a Dex.ini setting is checked and does not have an entry in the Dex.ini file. It is awesome for discovering undocumented Dex.ini settings.
Good News: the feature in GP Power Tools works perfectly.
Bad News: the Maximize Screen Output feature does not check any dex.ini settings and so cannot be disabled that way.
Sadly, Microsoft might not have followed my best practices of always adding a way to control a new option, either by a checkbox or setting in a window or a dex.ini setting.
I tried, sorry.
David
GP Power Tools already had a screen output memory where it would position and size the window back to the previously used position and size.
This new feature just overrides what I developed which was much more flexible.
Not sure yet if it can be disabled. It would be in the Dexterity Runtime (Dex.dic) rather than Dynamics.dic. So it will be harder to reverse engineer.
Regards
David
Yes, I think it is great. On all of our screens the 'X' for this screen is on top of the GP screen containing the 'X' button to exit GP and there is no way to accidentally hit the wrong button.
Have you tried it out? It takes up the entire screen and it is easy to close GP instead of just the screen for the report.
This is the most requested GP feature of all time. What about it do they not like? Maybe there is a DEX.INI setting that controls this but we need Microsoft to weigh in on this. You may need to vote for this feature.
