User Sales Invoice Subform containing items details etc disappear, how will it appear.

All other users working fine

Hi,

I think the user has hidden the sub-form. When on the sales invoice page, click the blue dropdown button on the top-left of the page. Then select 'Customize'->'Customize This Page'.

System will open a page, where you select 'Fast Tabs', where 'Lines' will be on the left. Select it and move to the right side by clicking 'Add'. Click Ok and, if required, close and re-open Sales Invoice page.

That should do the trick.

Invoice menu (top left little arrow before HOME) \ Customize \ Customize this page \ Fast Tabs -> Select "Lines" from left panel -> Click "Add >>" (then you can move it up, after "General")

What do you mean by disappear ? Either the Lines tab is hidden or customized to remove. Do you mean the lines are deleted ? please do check if there is any customization or filters on the subform.

You can select Customize This Page.

Then Select "Fast Tabs", and choose "Lines" Fast tab by Click "Add".

Close the window appear and re-open the sales invoice, and "Lines" Fast tab will appear on the sales order.
