Hi,

I have a requirement to add additional metadata as part of the SharePoint document upload in Dynamics 365. is any way to add Metadata field to the upload document screen where users can enter data for the metadata fields as part of upload document?

Yes. I have done this using powerautomate. Upon document creation trigger in SharePoint you add whatever meta value you wish from CRM to a custom column in SharePoint
