Hi Team,
I have setup a new entity and the leave and absence is set in days. I have created a few leave plans and accrued holidays for some employees. I need to change the days into hours. How can I do this. I am ok to get all the leave plans and accual deleted and start fresh on that front but would like to keep the production instance if possible instead of deleteingthe whole thing and starting again.

Hi Raj,
You have to delete data from the below entities
1. Leave request detail
2. Leave a request
3. Leave Enrollment
4. Leave Bank transactions.
You can also check a similar thread to change the Leave unit.

I open up the excel workbook with the leave request V2 and tried to delete it from there but get the following error:
Details:
The deletion of a row in data set LeaveRequestsV2 was not published. Error message: 'Delete failed for table row of type 'LeaveRequestV2Entity'. Infolog: Warning: Time off request detail cannot be deleted as the request is in Completed state.; Warning: The entity record could not be deleted because validation failed for the following data source: LeaveRequestDetail (LeaveRequestDetail).'
Any ideas how I can delete them please?
You can change the status to Draft and Delete the record. Once this is done then click on publish.
