Hi,

The MS GP customer needs to print inventory items attributes on the invoice. Using Item Options does not provide enough length.

Is it possible to add Item Note to the line item of the invoice?

Yes, you should be able to do this... first add the item master table (if it isn't already on the report) then use the RW_GetNoteText function. (Returns Note Text field as strings of given length for the
specified Note Index. )

that has three parameters:

In currency IN_NoteIndex. { Note Index of Note }
In integer IN_characters.{ Number of Characters per Line }
In integer IN_line.{ Line Number to Return }

have you used the GP RW functions before? should be found under:

Module: System Manager
Series: System
Script type: Global function
