No, ese no es el problema.
Hay un error reportado desde hace varias semanas, que es el mismo que Dwarahkesh SP publicó, que no permite a los líderes de equipo visualizar el calendario de bajas y ausencias de los reportes directos.
Ese error se resuelve únicamente instalando la app de teams y visualizando el calendario por ahi.
Hola Ana, creo que no te salen los distintos manager de la empresa porque estás en la vista del calendario de ausencias desde tu rol de manager, dentro del ESS, por lo tanto solo tienes acceso a las ausencias de tu equipo. Para acceder a los manager y filtrar por ellos en la vista del calendario, prueba a entrar al calendario desde el área de bajas y ausencias y dependiendo de los permisos de los que goces sí q podrás filtrar por manager.
This is happening, I'm not sure why.
We solved it suggesting to our customer to use the team apps instead, that's showing the full calendar.

It is based on your direct reports. If you go to ESS then can you see direct reports under My team > Summary tab?
I have logged with Julia and Benjamin is my direct reports
When I go to Manager absence calendar then I can see only Benjamin
To setup direct reports, you need to use position hierarchies and change timeline functionality to assign manager to your position.
