Possible to show Address_composite field as one field on a form?

Hello,

I've added an address composite field to a form in D365. After the field was added, I'm able to see all the address-related fields on my form. However, I'd like the address to show as one field so it doesn't take up so much real estate. I want all the address fields to display only if the Address composite field is clicked on. Is this possible? If so, how?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi bud,

I'm assuming this is on the unified interface? Have you looked at using a PCF control to create the composite address field. There's a few available on the PCF Gallery. I've put a link to one below:

Thanks! I'm not familiar with PCFs. Do I just download the .zip file and import it as a solution? How do I update specific address fields once it has been imported?

    Hey bud,

There's a few links available on how to use a PCF see below:

For the most part you usually add it on a field, view etc. and bind certain values or fields to parameters.

Also yes you download the zip and import it like any other solution. Most PCF developers put a managed solution zip file on their github repo.

    Hi Mike,

When I try to import the .zip file I receive the following error: "The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported."

Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Thanks again for your help!
