Payroll module?!

Hello guys

I read that the payroll module is not implemented in NAV 2013 R2.

Is there a possibility to implement it?

Because this is very very bad. We need this.

The update from NAV 5.0 to 2013 R2 can not be done without this.

Best regards

Raphi

    RE: Payroll module?!

    Dear Mr. Maneesha De Silva

Actually we are working in Navision 2013 version and we do have B2B Module.  One of my client implemented HR and Payroll Module, he generated Calendar for year 2016 and we are able to do the payroll process of 2016 but when we are doing the payroll process it is asking for calendar generation for 2017 and when we generated Calendar for 2017 it is generated but daily attendance is not updating by employee details ...for which we are unable to process salary for the month of 2017, so could u help us how to update daily attendance for 2017.

    Hi Raphi,

with the release of NAV2013 Microsoft decided to remove localized AddOns from the localized versions and handed responibility back to the original vendors. Usually they simply continue development and support of these, and distribute the AddOn themselves. And write maintenance invoices, too ;)

I would assume from what they write on their website that this is the case... the abbreviation is also SwS... just ask them? Whatever happened to good old telephone calls?

    with best regards

    Jens

I don't want to evaluate a new module (with costs). We already have all our data of >7 years in this module. Isn't it possible to update this? And why does Microsoft not support it anymore..? I don't understand it..

    Hi Raphi,
You should take a look at AddOns and choose the best suitable for you.

For my Payroll Module, you can:

    • First, upgrade system to NAV 2013 R2.
    • Second, apply my Payroll Module.
    • Third, you can have some functionality overlap.

    Solution includes 66 objects:

    Hi Raphi,

Miguel has a point. I would at least ask if they are supporting 2013R2: pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../12884915180

For example for the german standard AddOns, they still exist and are supported in current versions, only you have to buy them directly from the original vendor. And you can have some functionality overlap, for example in the payment procesing. But if you already have them, keeping the AddOns is often a wise decision.

    with best regards

You can look for an AddOn at Microsoft Pinpoint: pinpoint.microsoft.com

    Good luck!
