Re-use URL from an expired Portal

Hi, we created a trial Portal longtime ago and it was expired. The portal disappeared and couldn no longer be accessed.

We would like to re-use the same URL for our new portal but it is showing "the URL is already in-use" even though the old portal no longer exists.

Is there anyway we can re-use the old URL?

Hi Tony,

Trial portals that are over 30 days have a 7 day suspended state. After that time they are deleted.

docs.microsoft.com/.../portal-lifecycle

It is also possible someone is using the portal URL. In order to investigate we would need a new support case opened.
