How to see the permission needed to execute the query?

Hello,

We are using customized queries for oDATA reports.

When I "Load" data in excel while I have sys admin I'm getting records as expected, but without sys admin role (but with some std and some customized) roles, I'm getting 0 record for same query. So I think, I do not have access to one of the tables of AOT Query. What is the easiest way and how to determine for which table(s) I need to have access?

Thanks.

    HI Joni,

Per table in the AOT, you can use the popup menu: Add-ins > Security tools > View related security roles. You can check which roles gives access on the tables used in your query.

You can also add the tables to the permissions node of a security role or privilege to grant access.
