PDF/Email Knowledge Article with Embedded Images

I have a requirement to Email the Knowledge Articles and also create PDF copies. This works great when it is just text.

However when there are images embedded, the will not appear on the PDF nor on the email.

I am trying to send this using power automate but cannot seem to figure it out.

Has anyone been able to achieve this?

Hi myintuition,

Through my test, the email can show image that from the kb article.

1.KB article with image.

2.Insert article to the email.

you mean that image not show in the email and PDF, can you provide screenshot about it, and version of your app?
