Someone accidentally deleted all the order opportunities. Is there any easy way to retrieve them back?

If you have audit enabled for order opportunity , there may be possibility of recovering the deleted records.

If this is the Online Version of CRM and no Audit is Enabled , you cannot do anything from your End. As the records once deleted cannot be restored.
You can raise ticket with Microsoft Dynamics Support Team and request for restore , MS may or may not restore the DB depends on the availability of the Tape/DB and there may be data loss ( Records created after delete was Performed) if you restore Old DB
For On-Premise you can restore your SQL DB , again there may be data loss (Records created after delete was Performed) if you restore Old DB.
