One of our customers is using Dynamics Marketing to manage an annual event. They are working with the QR code funcionality for the check in process, but there seem to be some limitations for which I cannot find a solution. The main issue is that they would like to check the submitted registration values of the contact that wants to check in. They are able to do that now, but it's a real lengthy process because the moment you save your check-in record you are sent back to the event record overview. So they would need to manually search for this contact again and open their event registration details, which is too much work for hundreds of visitors.
It would be great if it was possible to add a quick view to the event Check in form, but that's not possible for a quick create form. Is there another way to collect these registration details of a contact as soon as they scan their QR code for the check in?
