Hi There,

I have a demo environment and trying to add new users to the environment. But the "New user" option is disabled and many options like "get new users from O365" dont exist for me. Is this related to permissions? Any thoughts on how can this be resolved will be helpful. Thanks.

To get the users in BC you should have Admin access.

Hi

By demo environment do you mean trial, docker, or you have a BC license and you created Sandbox?

if you mean trial then you cannot add a new user (as far as I know).

if you have docker then you need to add it through Powershell.

If you have license for BC and created Sandbox then it is most likely license issue. Are you BC super user and admin?

If the environment you have is an ordinary trail version you should be able to add users as described here:

bc365.co/.../

Maybe add screenshots so we can see what options you are missing.

Hi, If you are talking about SaaS, please confirm whether the trial period has expired?

Generally, you need to add users in Microsoft 365 Admin Center first, and then go to BC to update users.

Hi, I'm using the same environment as you.

Please confirm again whether the user you are logged in has a BC license.

Also, please confirm whether there is a role of Global Administrator. (Other roles are also available, but for the convenience of testing, Global Administrator role is recommended.)
