Can't delete class node from AOT

Hi, Please help!!! I am very new to DAX, and I want to delete a class that I have created in AOT\Classess in the user layer but it is not deleted when I click the delete menu. Please let me know what security key controls this or if there is anything else which controls this. thanks in advance

    1st thing is that class does not have any access in usr layer. You have created class then you can easily delete that class from AOT. Select your class & press delete button, a confirmation box will come then "Yes" to proceed. If it is not done then then let us know the showing error in details.

    Rajdip, Thanks for your reply. few days ago, I was able to create and delete without problems. but for the last two days I can't. I can delete any other object(tables, reports, forms) in AOT, but not from classes. 1. Create a project in private project folder 2. Delete the class from from the project 3. Go to AOT\Classes and see the class is still there... 4. Try to delete the class from from context menu. 5. No confirmation box or error comes up, and class is still there. I have also realized that I can't create class in AOT\classes any more. I can create it in the projects\private

     I've never met this problem, but... Did you try to restart AOS and rebuild the axapd.aoi file?

    Hi Martin, I have done that, but all in vain. Just wondering where is the code or security keys that handles: "New Class" and "Delete" menu items in AOT context menu. Thanks
