Total of the transactions in the year is not 0.00. Total is -400 (End Year Closing Process)

Hi Everyone

I´m triying to run the End Year Closing Process, but only to transfer account balace from year to another, I dont have have the "Year Close" check activate.

The process doesn´t finish because it presents the error "Total of the transactions in the year is not 0.00. Total is -400"

I have read many options on other Questions; I´ve tried all of them but the error persist.

I have run a consistency check on the Ledger transactions and it doesnt presents errors

I do not have a mismatch in my accounting, both debit and credit are the same

My Dynamics Version es Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R2

Please if someone have any idea of what can I do

    Hi Karla,
     
    Is the issue resolved the way Ludwig suggested, as I tried the same and rebuild the balances after closing but no luck, error I didn't get after Batch job ended but the Closing balances didn't transfer to the next year.
     
    Can anyone suggest any solution to resolve this issue.

    Hello Karla,

    Can you try disabling the GL parameters 'create closing transactions during transfer' and/or 'delete close of year transactions during transfer'?

    If they are disabled things should work.

    Would be great if you could check this and let us know the result.
