How can i get the template to upload the master items in dynamics 365 ?

    you can find that in the demo data packs that comes in the LCS Asset Library (Data Packs)

    the ones for product Master:

    24.4.002 PIM - Products - Shared

    24.4.006 PIM - Released Product Creation - USMF

    24.4.007 PIM - Released Products - USRT

    24.4.008 PIM - Released Product Variants - USRT

    provided that all prerequisite setup is done (tracking dimension group, item groups, etc..)
