Dear community,

can someone explain me the difference between the two?
If I try to post it with combination as seen below, it still throws a print management related error message if I dont set anything up in Form setup/Print management setup.
It is a bit confusing.

I have the same question (0)

You need to setup Print Management to print the Sales order confirmation. Print management tells F&O which version of the report to use (in case there are multiple versions for your country, or in case you have had other versions created). You need to do this regardless whether you are using Use print management destination or not.

Use print management destination means that it will look at Print management to determine where the report output should go.

If you do not select Use print management destination, it will look at the Printer setup options on that dialogue box to determine where the report output should go.

    Hi,

Print confirmation is to enable that do you want to print this document? Yes or no

Now if you say yes, then you need to define print management which will tell how to print Email, file download etc...
