Customer Voice Project can't Share and can't Remove access

(3) ShareShare

I have a very important Customer Voice Project with a survey, that i must Share within accounts from my organization. All accounts have the required security roles. The Share button i clickable but not working, and the Remove Access button has the same issue. Video is attached.
Deleting the project is not an option for us.
Also, the same project is shared with a colleague but isn't visible on her hub.
Very dissappointing malfunction from Microsoft...

    • Ask the project owner to download/export the survey template and have others import it as a new project under their accounts.

    • Alternatively, collaborate via Power Automate flows or Power BI dashboards tied to the same Dataverse data—not via the survey project UI.

There’s no reliable fix from Microsoft as of now. Avoid using the “Share project” feature for critical collaboration. Use shared environments or Dataverse access control instead.

Raise a ticket with Microsoft Support referencing this known limitation for escalation.

Thank you Muhammad for the suggestions. However, this is a feature that has worked previously and a company like Microsoft shouldn't have primitive problems like these.
This project has been made years ago, the survey is connected to a Dynamics 365 CRM via a Power Automate flow, the data also goes to some SharePoint files and is connected to a Power BI report. The run-only users for the Flow MUST have the Project shared with then otherwise it shows a Successful status - but the survey isn't sent (which is also something that should never happen with a Microsoft service).

We can't and shouldn't change all of these processes just because of a malfunctioning button.
