Hi community,
does anyone know if it is possible to lock parts of an e-mail template (ie. header or footer) so that people using the template are not able to change these parts (when creating an email based on the template).
I want to prevent email creators from changing certain sectoins by mistake.
Regards,
Ola
You can create a content block for it and restrict this content block from editing. They can still remove in this case but not change it anymore.
Tanks for the tip! Seems like this is what I looking for. Now I just have to wait until it is out of "preview" and stable - as it seems like the content blocks shows up in the mail designer just sporadically.
Hi,
I read below on
"you can also lock any design element by adding the data-protected="true" HTML attribute to its opening <div> tag". Mayb this helps.docs.microsoft.com/.../3-email-marketing-settings
