Account Form Disappears on Scrolling For Arabic Language over Edge and Chrome Browser For Dynamics CRM Server 9.1.0010.0102

Issue:

Account Form Disappears on Scrolling For Arabic Language over Edge and Chrome Browser.

Dynamics CRM Server (On-Premises) Version:

9.1.0010.0102

Issue Detail:

An account form when accessed in the Arabic Language opens, but once on scrolling the form down where there are number of grids loaded, makes the whole form disappear.

The form appears back on reloading it. The behavior of this form is only appearing on the chrome and edge browser for the Arabic Language. On Mozilla Fire fox such behavior isn’t experienced. Moreover, the system in the English language is working as expected.

On Further Trouble shooting we noticed that the issue is coming due to editable grids on the form

 

Step to generate the issue

Following are the steps to generate the issue:

 

  1. Open the Dynamics CRM in Arabic Language over Edge or Chrome Browser
  2. Go Account List
  3. Open the Account Record.
  4. Scroll down the Page.
