Hi
Before Db-Refresh from Prod to UAT we would like to save some tables and restore them after the operation. Script should be executed after for data change on UAT.Detail steps:- backup UAT tables: are tables created with select into still there after refresh? Or backup to BYOD?- DB-Refresh- restore tables to UAT- data change (parameters) on UAT, script should be editable without deployment

If I get you right, you want to keep a copy of data on the UAT before refreshing Prod to UAT.
You can export your UAT DB to LCS prior to the DB refresh.
Then restore the UAT back by doing import database.
I hope this answers your concern.

No, not the hole data. In your way Db-Refresh would not make any sense. We only want to save some parameter tables and only that should be restored.
In that case, you might want to check data entity for these parameters tables.
Export on the UAT and import them into the PROD.
Or, you write custom script to read the data from an excel file and update the corresponding parameters tables.
