Create a new GL account. The "Total" button is inactive.

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a TOTAL account for Inventory. I want to add inventory accounts into this total account, but the Totals button is inactive. Does anyone know why that is? Thanks so much!

Hi,

Can you fill all the details and check?

Also, have you tried with main account other than balance sheet?

Is it active?

Hi Kim,

The Totals button will be available only if the Main account type is "Total".
