Purchase Requisition Table Reference Help

I've looked everywhere for this information including the SDK but have come up with nothing.  I'm looking for the meaning of some GP table field values in the Purchase Requisition tables.  I've included the two fields I'm looking for below.  Is anyone able to tell me what all the possible values in these fields mean or point me to some kind of reference for the tables?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  • POP10210.RequisitionLineStatus

    Hi jnorris,

    The Resource Descriptions area in GP should help answer your questions on this.

    In Microsoft Dynamics GP, point to Resource Descriptions in the Tools menu and choose Tables.

    From here, you can choose the Table lookup, select the series and table desired.

    Then, under the Field section for the Table, select the desired field and double click or click Field Info to open Additional Information about that field.

    For the RequisitionStatus field in the POP10200 table, we see the following correlations for each value:

    1. Saved
    2. Submitted
    3. Partially Purchased
    4. Purchased
    5. Canceled
    6. Voided


    For the RequisitionLineStatus field in the POP10210 table, we see the following correlations for each value:

    1. New
    2. Ordered
    3. Canceled
