Microsoft Teams calls features disabled in Sales Hub App

Hi, 

I am trying to enable Microsoft Teams calling in D365 Sales, for that the features shown in the below screenshot are disabled:

I have a Sales Enterprise license and the role of System Administrator. I have checked in my trial environment these features are enabled there. 

Please suggest what can be the issue.

    Hi,

    You need Phone System License and Team License to enable the Team call.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. I believe this solution is much more complex to implement.

    In Microsoft Teams I have installed Viva Sales and getting all the conversion insights there. Is there any way that I can show the same insights (Transcription, Recording, etc) in Dynamics 365 Sales Hub App against Contact, Account, and Opportunity?
