Natively, is it possible to invoice a Job in multiple currencies? That is, invoice one Job Planning line in USD and another Job planning line in JPY?

You cannot make invoice for one job in more currencies by standard. I have experience in customizing, because I made vertical solution with this possibility, but not for one customer. I used one main customer and more co-investors with different currencies. But, this is not so easy.
As far as I'm aware this is not possible with standard NAV Jobs (NAV 2013 North America version). You may post usage in different currencies, but invoicing currency is defined on the Job card and cannot be changed once entries have been posted.
