Function InventTrans.inventMovement has been used incorrectly.

Dear All,

Please can anybody give the root cause and resolution for the below issue

issue: Function InventTrans.inventMovement has been used incorrectly.

while posting any inventory transactions we are getting the below error.

if delete and create new same transaction, error is not getting and transaction is getting posting

    Please check if you have enable Retail or some specific country functionality. System Administration - Setup - Licensing - License configuration
