Upgraded Microsoft Dynamics 365 PSA & FS and went into issues with Opportunity records in Sales Hub

Hi,

 

I need an urgent help as I am stuck with no clue what's went wrong. I was installting PSA and FS for my organization, it asks me to update the solutions of FS and then PSA. At that time I updated the FS solution without any issue, but faced difficulty while upgrading PSA. Went to Microsoft Support and they solved the issue by pointing conflict with one of my workflows.

Now that issue is resolved, but started facing another issue. Few users are unable to edit some/all records in the opportunity entity and unable to add new records as well. Getting the below errors.

 

Service-maintenance based records can only be edited by using Field Service form. Record is read only.

Or some are facing issues like below

This form can only be used for project-based records. Record is read-only.

Note: Before upgrading the FS and PSA solutions, there was no such error. It started right after the upgrade.

    Hi Partner,

    1. For non-FS Opportunity form, Opportunity Form, Opportunity Form (Old version), use FS.Opportunity.Library.LoadStandardForm for OnLoad event.

    2. Make sure 'Pass execution context as first parameter' is checked

    3. Customer can control which forms are available in a specific app by updating app module

    Go to Customizations->Model-Driven App-> Open Premix, go to Entity -> Opportunity->Forms, only select which forms want to use and unselect other forms
