D365 Customer Insights not showing in multiple Environments

I have 2 Environments and one has the D365 customer insights while the other does not. I have deleted the second instance now twice and rebuilt it with no luck. What am I missing here?

    To use Customer Insights - Journeys, you need to install it in your system. Here's how:


    1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center.

    2. Find your apps: Go to "Resources" and then "Dynamics 365 apps."

    3. Find the Marketing app: Look for "Dynamics 365 Marketing Solution Only" and click the three dots next to it. Then, select "Manage."

    4. Choose where to install: You'll see a page where you can select the part of your system where you want to install Customer Insights - Journeys.
