    Hi Satish

I have created the report and assigned it to a tree definition in Management Reporter which is based on a custom dimension (city) when running the report, the report tree shows grayed out dimensions and I am not able to browse the report per dimensions while it is possible to browse it in the parent level as the attached screenshot

    Hi,

Does your report contain data at the summary level?

Do you have data recorded for each of the reporting tree elements in AX? That is, have you made postings in AX with the findims specified in the reporting tree?

Have you implemented the unit security feature in the reporting tree that possibly prevents you from seeing the data?

Have you run the report for a period for which you have data recorded in AX with the findims?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    1. Yes, the report contains data on the summary level.

    2. Yes, I have recorded data and posted transactions on all findims in the reporting tree.

    3. Yes, I have implemented the unit security feature for Everyone.

    4. Yes, I have run the report for a period for which you have data recorded in AX with the findims.

    Regards

    Mohamed

    Hello Mohamed,

    Many thanks for your feedback.

Can you try to remove the unit security (No3) temporarily to see if this makes a difference?

In addition, Can you share details, i.e. screenprints that illustrate how you setup the reporting tree, the columns and the report exactly?

Furthermore, check the configuration of your report. There is a parameter that defines whether and what tree elements will be processed with the report. Check if all tree elements are processed when the report is run.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig

Thanks for your support. The issue was the report config to include all units in the report as the attached screenshot.

    Regards

    Mohamed
