Documenting F&O Workflow

Hello:

I have a task to document our F&O AP Workflow. It would entail documenting the high level flow but also the details such as the Assignment and Conditions. I was looking for recommendations on a format, other than taking screenshots, to note the details. I don't know of any features in F&O which could export the Workflow into a document form.

You are correct. There is no way to export workflow details to a document. Your best option is screenshots.

Hi,

There is no such standard function in the FO system, but as my system implement experience before, you can use tools such as Microsoft Visio to create a flowchart to illustrate the workflow process. Use different shapes to represent activities, decision making and termination conditions of the workflow steps. And you can write descriptions, conditions and remarks for each step in the workflow.

Hi

There is no standard feature to do it. But you can use task recorder and add screenshots to your steps and conditions.
