Issue with bearer token retrieval for Inventory Visibility App

Hi,

I have installed the inventory Visibility App (IVS)
I have added the App to App registration in Azure and have the tenantid, Clienti id and secret but I immediately get an issue with below

Failed to get access token from plugin, check you credential.

Bearer Token is invalid or expired. Please check your credential.

Any ideas what I have missed here? I don't think that it has expired, anyone see this before?
