Changing icons/colors on "Record Set" view

Posted on by 45

When navigating to a record from a view, there is the option to "Open Record Set" which displays the records from that previous view. The record set view is great, but we're trying to figure out a way to grab attention to certain records based on a condition.

Is it possible to change the icons that display next to those records? Currently it shows the letter initials of the records, or the manually uploaded record image, but that isn't particularly useful. Can this be changed to a JS run icon column?

Alternatively, is it possible to have some of those rows conditionally highlighted through JS?

    Hello,

If you need specific records then you can use "Pinned" feature in the Dynamics 365.

You can choose any records from the recent record tab and Pin that record.

Refer below article for more information.
