Ability to partially save responses to Customer Voice surveys.

Posted on by 15

Hi there everyone,

My client is trailing the latest version of Customer Voice and the feedback has been really positive. The only requirement that Customer Voice does not meet however, is the ability for the person completing a survey to be able to part complete and close the survey, re-open the survey at a later time and be able to pick-up where they left off. For example, a survey has 70 questions and questions 1 - 30 are completed before the survey is closed. Upon re-opening the survey, the person finds that their responses 1 - 30 that they submitted earlier have remained and they can continue completing the survey from question 31.

I understand that this functionality was is MS Forms Pro before it was deprecated and this functionality is on the CV road-map. I'm hoping to discover 28th Jan that this functionality will be made available in the next release. Does anyone have any news on this?

Many thanks,

Alasdair

RE: Ability to partially save responses to Customer Voice surveys.

    Hi Alasdair,

Thanks for the feedback and the query.

The ability to save and continue a survey (for invites sent personalized to a specific email id) is currently in preview - In fact, the client should be able to see it in their application in the next few weeks

In case if you want to test this feature immediately, please drop a note to me at usrathna@microsoft.com with the tenant ID, and I can add you to the early preview.
