Event Registrations for guests with Customer Voice

Hi all, I'm new to Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights - Journeys and I'm running into an issue with an event in real-time journeys.
 
The event is a travel excursion and attendees are invited to bring a guest. I want to capture event registrations using a Customer Voice survey and I also want to separately capture the guests registration without them filling out their own CV survey. Currently, the survey also includes attendee preferences like personal travel details, preferences for activities, etc. Is there a way for that data to also be linked to their registration? The only information I've found that resembles my issue is exclusively in Outbound marketing so the details vary slightly.
 
Is what I'm trying to do possible? Am I missing something obvious? Please let me know, any feedback is appreciated.

    In Real-time Marketing, collect both attendee and guest info on the same registration form. Send the Customer Voice survey only to the attendee, and use Power Automate to link responses to their registration. Guest details can't be captured in the survey, so include them directly in the form.
