Hi,
I want to setup default questionnaire for all vendors that are created by using vendor onboarding functionality.
I found an option to specify questions for specific procurement categories but couldn't find the setup to assign default questionnaire for all vendors irrespective of the procurement category selection.
Can anyone please help me with this setup.

This is what I found on the docs.microsoft.com
"Questionnaires that appear in the wizard are configured either on the vendor request or procurement category."

Can you check in Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Vendors > Vendor request configurations.
Here you will find this option.
