Hi,

Not able to complete the BPF in Knowledge Article when I click on the finish button nothing happens it is like a grayed out.

Hi partner,

May I ask which kind of "Finish" button in your situation?

1.

2.

The button in picture 1 is clickable and if we click on it, the BPF will finish.

The button in picture 2 is unclickable, it means this BPF has been finished.

If you mean you could not click the button in picture 1, please check the following points:

1.If there is any related processes which may affect this BPF.

2.Try to clear the cache and cookies in browser.

Could you kindly share more details or screeshots to us so that we could help you better?

Hi ,

There is a workflow process on the BPF which is used to store "Active Stage Name"

In the below to image when i click on the finish button nothing happpens.

Hi Susritha,

So you are using a custom BPF in form now?

Since there will be a workflow triggered in the end of the BPF, there must be something wrong with this workflow.

You could go to Advanced Settings->System Jobs to monitor if the workflow has been triggered correctly.

Hi Leo,

There are three workflows in BPF .I just deactivate the workflows and tried to click on the finish button nothing happens.

And also I am not able to see workflows in System Jobs because most of the workflows are real - time workflows.

Hi partner,

Did you try to remove these workflows from the BPF and try again?

And you could filter the workflows you need to find in system jobs.
