Hi
On selecting Yes 'Remove from Schedule Board' (custom two option field) in the contact record , I would like the 'Display on Schedule Board' to say 'No' in the Resource Bookable entity.
I've tried it with a workflow, but am unable to update the entity as doesn't find it, even though there is a relationship. (Is this to do with parent child)
Any suggestion how this can be done? Java Script?
Well not sure exactly what you are trying with the WF and whats the trigger point (Is it save of Bookable Resource?).
What you should be doing is, on change selection of a contact record in the Contact lookup on Bookable resource, grab the value of your flag 'Remove from Schedule Board' and use it to set the 'Display on Schedule Board' on the BR record. Hope it makes sense.
