I am looking into Dynamics 365 Customer Voice (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/voice-channel)
However, I have following questions where I can’t find the answer online. More specifically:
- Which parties in the UK & Ireland does Microsoft cooperate with (which Telcom carriers?)
- How does the cooperation work and where do we buy the telephone number (Microsoft or TelCom company)?
- If a customer has a user license for Omnichannel voice, does this also include a user license for Teams Phone?
Does anybody can help me further?
