Unable to deploy and process SSAS cube - AX 2012 Analysis Wizard

Hi to all,

I'm new to AX 2012 Cube Development.

for my cube development, I have created few tables and views to display data using Cube.

I used AX 2012 R3 Analysis wizard to create , Process and deploy the cube.

Through the wizard i can able to create project but during the deployment step , I'm getting below error.

DB also not created on Analysis server to deploy my Cube.

Please help to get out this error.

Please share if any documents, links.
