Good morning,
I was handed Great Plains system when this other employee left the department. I could use a tech support number or 800 number. I was not left much other than a GP admin login
I would suggest you use the below link to get your account setup so that you can open cases online. This link will have the information you require to get everything set up.

Do you know if your company purchased any support calls? If not, each call will be a billable event. Do you have a GP reseller you can lean on for questions? If not, your only choice is this forum. If you are new to GP you have a lot of learning to do. There are plenty of us in this forum who would be willing to help but there would be a charge.
