Azure Direct Routing

Hi everyone

We are based in New Zealand and have our dev Omnichannel instance in the Sydney datacentre. Unfortunately New Zealand cannot (at this stage) get a number directly from Microsoft for inbound calling. We have configured the preview feature "Azure Direct Routing" to connect to a SBC in our environment.

Does anyone perhaps know when Azure Direct Routing will become generally available?

    As it mentioned, the feature is in public preview, the point at which it will become generally available is not yet known
