Hello everyone,
We want to start using the option for sending project invoices to the customers directly from the system.
All necessary setup is done in Print management, but I am not quire sure how to add body to the email that is sent out.
Could anyone provide some assistance?

Hi Teodora,
We implemented this change for one of out customers last year. This involved us making a customization to set a email template for project invoices and use the the email body in this template while sending out project invoices. We couldn't find a way to get this done using standard features.

You can setup that funcionality using power automate.
