Cannot able to access Attract and Onboard Module

Hi Support,

We are not able to access Attract and Onboard modules. Last week we were able to access.

Refer the attachment to view the error message.

Below is the error message

'The User id f98caef0-e88a-4b08-a6d9-336c3a1e0522 for the given tenant 3bc407ce-d4be-4669-bc39-f14f08c946bc does not exist in bap environment: dc51d01d-f4c0-4754-a8e0-babf03bf2ea8'

'Kindly help.

To solve this issue, follow this:

Allow the user the permission to view the bap environment which was created by the first user.

Hi MSTGuy,

Thank you for update and providing the solution. Could you guide me the path? how to provide the bap environment view access.

I have sign-in with Admin user, fyi.

Also, in the left Menu, both Modules (i.e. Attract and Onboard) are not appearing.

Hi Anwar,

Has the license expired?

Please enable the option and try again.

Thank you for providing the solution, by Enabling the navigation option both i.e. Attract and Onboard modules are appearing in the left menu.

No, the license has not expired.

The information to provide user permission worked, thank you.

I have consulted with my IS team after the user permission was provided I can access the Attract and Onboard modules, through the same reported login.
