Cloud Flow does't start even if the trigger is correct

Posted on by 32
Hello, I want to create a flow, which reacts on status change and makes just a simple update on the record. Unfortunatly I cannot start the flow, when I activate and deactivate a contact.

I have valid connection reference and the admin mode is turned off.

Finally i removed all additional columns like "select column" and "filter" - it didn't work.

I raised a ticket by Microsoft Support and they could solve the problem. The issue was caused by callback - whatever it means.

They suggested me, not to edit the flow, when it is turned on. It can cuase such problems in future.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
If flow works, then the subscription license should be fine.
It's mostly about the flow itself.
The "select column" is not the status, but even if I remove the "select columnt" and "filter row"
No,you should put status in the 'Select column', then the flow can only be triggered when status change.

Hi, thanks for your response. The "select column" is not the status, but even if I remove the "select columnt" and "filter row" the flow won't trigger immediately. Might there be an issue with my user or license or subscription? How Can I check this?

BTW: I saw, that the flow runed with delay, but it doesn't start immediately on the change.

    Hi,
Which fields are you selecting here?
    Is it the status field?
Use the Select columns box to define the specific columns of the row that should cause the flow to run when changed, as a comma-separated list of unique column names.
--It means that the flow will only be triggered by a change in the value of the selected column.
I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
