Project invoice - Time and material - Urgent

Hi,

I am trying to invoice projects of type Time and Material. But when I go to the invoice proposal, no transaction appears.

1) I have recorded some project transactions with a billable project category (hour and expenses) 

2) I create a project invoice proposal to select the transactions posted, but i dont see any.

I tested it in three different environments.

    Hello Macarena,

    Is this a problem of the time range selected for the invoice proposal?

    That is, have you posted the transactions on a day in the past or just as of today?

    Can you double check the posting/project date and the date selected in the invoice proposal?

    If you check the form „posted transaction“ what is the Status of your records?

    Hi Lugwid,

    I posted hour transaction with differents dates (today and date in the past) and also in the environments there are different project transaction pending with no project invoice related.

    The transactions are posted.

    Hi Christoph,

    Yes, my transactions are posted with the status: Chargeable

    And there not asignated to another project invoice.

    In the past, last week this works whith the same configuration.

    Any idea?

    Lugwid,

    When i change the user option language to us-en the posted transaction appers in my invoice proposal.

    In the language es-mx i dont see the transactions.....

    Is a bug??

    Hi,

    I have tested it in my environments with multiple languages. All the time it is working as expected. Do you have any modification in this area? Sounds like there is a link to a translation but the translation in es-mx is missing...

    Good morning Macarena,

    You hit exactly the issue.

    This is a reported bug on LCS.

    Please see:

    "Unable To create Project invoice Proposal when user language is es-MX"

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Details

    It seems that this is related to es-mx language only and MS is working on a fix.

    I would recommend that you log into LCS and enable the notification for this one to get an information once the hotfix is ready for use.

    At the moment there seems nothing else that you can do except wait and switch the language to en-us.
